Institutional Research and Reporting

OIE produces a series of periodic reports that provide academic and university leadership with important data that inform decision-making for institutional effectiveness.  These reports include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Day Ten Enrollment Statistics Report.
    The Day Ten Enrollment Report is a snapshot of student enrollment as of the add/drop date for the term, which falls on the tenth calendar day following the term start date. It includes data on student program enrollments, demographics, persistence, student-faculty ratios, FTEs, trends in enrollment and persistence, and employee demographics and trends.

  • Board of Trustees dashboard.
  • Noel-Levitz Adult Student Priorities Survey and Priorities Survey for Online Learners.
  • Alumni Survey.
  • Annual Program Report, which include:
    • Demographics of new and current students;
    • Faculty demographics and qualifications;
    • Cohort Completion/Graduation rates;
    • Persistence/Retention rates;
    • Attrition/Withdrawal rates;
    • Course schedule analyses; and
    • Enrollment trends.
