OIE produces a series of periodic reports that provide academic and university leadership with important data that inform decision-making for institutional effectiveness. These reports include, but are not limited to the following:
- Day Ten Enrollment Statistics Report.
The Day Ten Enrollment Report is a snapshot of student enrollment as of the add/drop date for the term, which falls on the tenth calendar day following the term start date. It includes data on student program enrollments, demographics, persistence, student-faculty ratios, FTEs, trends in enrollment and persistence, and employee demographics and trends.
- Board of Trustees dashboard.
- Noel-Levitz Adult Student Priorities Survey and Priorities Survey for Online Learners.
- Alumni Survey.
- Annual Program Report, which include:
- Demographics of new and current students;
- Faculty demographics and qualifications;
- Cohort Completion/Graduation rates;
- Persistence/Retention rates;
- Attrition/Withdrawal rates;
- Course schedule analyses; and
- Enrollment trends.
